Need help about adsense policies,i frame and my blog theme wordplus

    I use wordplus theme and when i passed 1. phase of google adsense, i placed adsense codes by text widget. I read about iframe is against google adsense policies. While i was checking my codes with inspect element thing of google chrome, i saw “iframe” phase and something like” aswift_0 250px X 250px “. Can someone help me, i don’t know what these things are and what to do. İ dont want to do something against adsense policies. This is my blog :

    Using Adsense on a WordPress.COM blog will get your blog suspended
