Need help accessing blog.

I am the admin of the site legendlistings.wordpress.com. The email that was linked to the blog was (email visible only to moderators and staff), but that email had been discontinued due to the provider (inbox.com) discontinuing their free email service. Shortly after this, my password suddenly stopped working, leading me to believe that someone had potentially hacked the site. I need to fill out an account recovery form, and they require either a Paypal transaction ID, an activation URL or key , or an SMS number provided through mobile, but I don’t have any of the three! I do not know what I can do to access the account now, or if it is even possible, since I cannot provide proof of ownership without these, and content on the actual webpage is not accepted as viable proof. Is there anything I can do?

Is there anyway that you could reactivate that email account? There was a password reset email sent to the email address on that account. You might contact inbox and see if that is possible.
