Need help accessing my old website (https://bluedesign78.wordpress.com)

I have lost my email account that is associated with the web url above.
I have identification to prove that I am the owner of the website.
Recently I sent an email for help and send to passwordhelp@wordpress.com but I got reply from a happiness bot that sent me various links which I have tried.I need help to delete this website as it contains my outdated resume.

If you have your WordPress.com username, you can delete your blog in your Dashboard: Tools -> Delete Blog. Keep in mind that if you delete the blog you will not be able to get it back.

Is there any customer support who is human whom I can email and get a quick solution to this? I have tried all the online methods, but still couldn’t get back my account.
1. Email account – No I have deactivated my old email accounts that are linked to this website.
2. Transaction ID – No, I do not have. This is a free wordpress account.
3. Activation URL – No, I do not have anymore. As I have no more access to my old email accounts associated with this website, and I do not know what is the email account that is associated with this website of mine.
4. Phone number – Nope. Now I am using a new phone number.I only have my own national ID scan photos to prove that I am the owner of the website. Need a human customer support to help me out.

I also do not know my username that is associated with this old website of mine. Thanks for the kind members who reply. But I hope a customer support can help me out instead rather than a happiness bot.
