Need help accessing this wordpress website

    I am unable to get into the site and edit it. I’ve tried resetting password, contacting the site host, but still unable to get in. I would like phone support, I can change to wordpress for hosting the site. My ph is [REDACTED]. Let me know what other information you need. http://www.dianekordas.com/wp-login.php is how I used to be able to get in and edit – doesn’t work any longer. The person that helped me with the site is now unavailable.

    Hello there,

    Sorry to see of the situation you’re in there.

    It looks like http://www.dianekordas.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means, that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com and therefore we can’t help you with gaining access.

    You would need to keep persisting with the hosting provider of the site.
