Need help adding a theme!!!

  I downloaded a great “cute diary” theme from a wordpress theme site but I’m not sure how to actually implement it in my blog??? I have all the files on my computer–where do I put them. Please help! I am working on a deadline! THANK YOU!!!

  If you are hosted at wordpress.COM, then you cannot use themes downloaded off the internet. We are limited to the ones listed under design > themes.

  Why? That doesnt really make sense. You would think by being hosted here they would let you.
