Need Help Adding An Image

  I’m trying to add a badge from the bloggers united thing, but when i pasted the html code, saved and then looked at my blog, all it showed was >img< and then when i used the back tick thing, >img< is there some special way that i’m just not getting?

  Paste the code here between backticks the reverse apostrophe looking symbol on the key to the left of the number one key.
