Need help adding Domain Mapping

  Hi, I purchased a premium upgrade to add a sub-domain mapping for my blog. Now, when I try to add Domain Mapping it prompts me for $13 upgrade – isn’t that part of the premium upgrade?

  My domain is hosted elsewhere, I just want to CNAME map to wordpress.com — how do I achieve this?

  Do I need to pay the $13 upgrade for this? Or is this part of the Premium upgrade?
