Need help calculating hours of work involved using WordPress

I’m new to wordPress and just recently installed it. I’m not sure yet how it works and have been asked to quote a job. The customer wants me to use the most cost effective way possible. I have no idea how long it would take me to build a 5 page website with ecommerce, registration, videos, slideshow, sponsor links, and log in with administration. I haven’t done websites for about 10 years and am told that we can’t charge as much as we used to, especially if using a website builder. Having no idea, roughly, how long it would take me to complete this, I don’t know how much to quote him. Can someone please give me an idea in which to start from? And how long will it take me to learn to use WP?
