Need help canceling domain

  Cancel Domain. I want to install wordpress.org with my Godaddy Account. I have my domain mapped to kidsafecandles.com. I cannot seem to cancel the mapping.

  The instructions say

  “To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column.”

  Ive done this but when I go to my upgrades there is no cancel button. It specifically says

  “You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.”

  The option is not available to cancel. Can anyone please assist me?

  When I go here . Store > My Upgrades and however over my domain mame I see a “Cancellation Info” link. so I’m not clear why you don’t have one too.

  If you want we can cancel the domain mapping for you. Please reply to confirm.

  Note that you need to restore the nameservers to its defaults settings if you want to point the domain back to your hosting provider.

  Yes please cancel the domain mapping. Can you please advise directions to pointing nameserver back?

  Your domain mapping has been canceled as requested. Please contact your domain registrar (GoDaddy) to revert the nameservers to the default settings.

  Ive parked the domain with godaddy. Appreciate the help.

  How long does the redirection work on WordPress side? http://kidssafecandles.com is still redirecting to http://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=kidsafecandles

  Godaddy says the nameservers are now NS13.DOMAINCONTROL.COM It looks like this has taken on their side.

  Any ideas?

  I took a look and everything is working properly. The domain now points to the GoDaddy server.

  Note that nameserver updates can take up to 24-48 hours before they are fully propagated. Otherwise please try clearing out your cache.
