Need Help Cancelling Premium Theme Upgrades

  My WordPress account will not allow me to remove its premium theme Traction. I clicked on Manage Purchases, but there is no way for me to remove this. Please help. Thank you.

  If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on Purchases page.

  If you purchased this theme more than 30 days ago, no refund is offered. If you are within the 30 day window, please tag this thread with modlook and a staff member will help you out.

  My WordPress account will not allow me to remove its premium theme Traction.

  I’ve removed the premium theme so you should be able to delete the site now:

  Delete a Website

  Come back to me if you run into any problems.
