NEED HELP!!! Can't get into account

  Hi!

  I need help ASAP!! I stupidly enabled 2-step authenticator app a while ago and I cannot get into my account anymore. The wordpress site is http://www.idbblog.wordpress.com. My username is aslijepcevic27.

  Is there any way to get into my account? I don’t have my phone anymore.

  I can access the dashboard on my cell phone, but I am totally locked out on my desktop and my laptop. The two-step authorization is sending me the wrong codes and my backup codes do not work either.I am having a migraine because I can’t figure this out. Very nervous.

  I am sorry that things are not working… I wish you well. For SOME reason, the computer I was working on at work didn’t work. Once home… I revisited it all and it worked. I reset things and am fine. I am sorry your’s is not working however. Shoot. Saint Anthony… please help my wayward companion on their trip through Cyber-land… Saint Christopher too… any help is greatly appreciated.

  aslijepcevic: Did you print out the backup codes that you were given when you first set up two-factor authentication?

  Thank you @fkorb, glad things worked out!

  I did not print out my backup codes because well…that’s a topic for another thread. However, I am helplessly logged out and can’t get in. I do know how to disable the authentication login once I’m in, but I can’t get in without it.

  Hey,
  I cant get into an account of mine “IrishRoverMainz”. All over sudden the page is buggy and everytime I try to reset my PW or account it says that the page or my account doesnt exist. Can anyone help me please?
