need help changing a blog name

  my email address is connected to a very old blog that is not in service and i want to create a new blog with that same email address but not letting me do that. help

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi whatsabuzz,

  If you are able to log into the blog that is not in service you can add another one under the same email address.
