Need help changing header of my blog!

Hi, my website is http://www.real-life-sucks.com, and I’m using the Lovin’ wordpress theme, found at http://newwpthemes.com/livedemo/?wptheme=Lovin. I was wondering if anyone could help me change the color, or add an image to the big blank space on my website. I’m only a novice when it comes to CSS, so I can’t find what changes it. I’ve looked through the header.php and couldn’t find anything that changed it. Any help would be really, really appreciated!
