Need help changing header size

Due to uber going out of business, I’ve now migrated over to wordpres. I have been doing my research on the ins and outs but one thing that I can’t figure out is how to increase the dimensions(height)of my cutline header. I get that I have to purchase the option to change the CSS but unfortunately I do not know CSS. I would really hate havinf to hire someone just to change my header so if anyone can help me with this I would be greatly appreciative.

The themes at wordpress all have fixed dimensions for the custom header. You can only change this through the CSS and if you don’t know CSS, the upgrade really isn’t recommended.
