Need help changing my domain name

  Hello,

  I am trying to change my domain name and I am having trouble accessing the ‘Domain Settings’. It seems as if this tab or page is not working as it keeps blinking a white dot in the upper screen.

  I want to change my site URL, so If I change my site url, does that mean I have to do the whole exporting and importing? I am very confused on this whole process.

  Please help.
