Need help cleaning up blog pagr

Hi, I don’t want my readers to have to scroll and scroll to find old blog posts. I would like it to look more like this: https://www.thomsontreks.com/blog/
How do I do that so people can see the current blog post but more easily find the old ones? -

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
