Need help closing my account

  Every time I try to delete my entire account, it says I have active purchases that need to be closed. But when I go into purchases, I do not see any active purchases. Any ideas about what I can do? Thank you!

  It will be the Radiate theme preventing you deleting your site. I have added the modlook tag as a member of staff is required to remove a “never expiring” Premium theme.

  Hi @millionmiledreamer, I have removed the Radiate theme from your account, so you can now delete your site or close your account as desired.
