Need help concerning payment and website error

I paid 102.34 for an annual subscription from my discover card on file on 11/ 01/2020. When I get on my site it asking for a payment! I need a receipt on my payment and a description!

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

I need to talk to customer service or someone to help me fix my account from keep billing my account for 3 sites that I have which I only need one and help getting my my site launched that I paid for or I may have to cancel it. What are the URLs of the sites you are trying to fix billing for? That will make looking into the situation much easier.
As I mentioned before, the WordPress.com user account you are posting from does not have any upgrades associated with it. This means that if you have WordPress.com sites, the purchases were made under a different WordPress.com user account. In order to sort this out, we’ll need to track that other account down.
