need help connecting my domains

    i own a domain that is hosted on wordpress already, but i for ome damn reason can not get the domain transfered to me. i cant talk to anyone in support cause they say i havent paid, but i have, on my rockfancy site. its asking me for a unlock code that i cant get. i have had this for a while and yet i havent been able to use it. im really frusterated at this point. someone please help
