Need help converting site to Word Press

  New site

  http://cerm.info/wordpress/

  1) How can I get the main page on cerm to transfer over to Word Press? A copy and paste will not do. Look at the Word Press pages. For some reason images are much smaller than they are on the original site.
  2) What would be the easiest way to do the conversion?
