Need help creating a domain email through my outlook.com account.

  I typed in the DNS codes on my wordpress page exactly as instructed athttp://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-outlook-email/
  to connect it to my outlook.com account but it never confirmed ownership on domains.live.com. Does anyone know if something is incorrect in the directions or have any suggestions? Thanks.

  Hi there, I checked your custom DNS settings for mlccommunications.com and it looks good on the WordPress.com side.

  Out instructions for verifying an Outlook address were correct as of a month or two ago.

  When you go to http://domains.live.com/ – what do you see? Is there an error message of some kind?

  Would it be possible to upload a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?

  You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then post a link so I can see it.

  OK, sorry for the delay. I was out of town. Here is a link to the screenshot of what I see when I go to domains.live.com:

  When I hit “refresh” it thinks for a few seconds and then comes back to this same screen. Please help! Thanks.

  Thanks for the screenshots. It looks like your domain is mis-spelled at Outlook’s end. The screenshots show mlcommunications.com but your registered domain is mlccommunications.com (with two c’s).

  This alone would prevent the proper verification of your domain at Outlook’s side, as the domains need to match exactly.

  Could you please try again with the correctly spelled domain and let us know how it goes?
