need help customizing the emails my subscribers receive

    Hi and thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
    I recently set up my blog on wordpress (hosted by bluehost). I have the Jetpack plug in so that people can subscribe to the blog and be notified via email whenever I post something new.

    How can I customize the email that my subscribers receive. I would like it be the post title, image and excerpt from the post that links back to the actual site. What appears to go out now is the full blog post that is not formatted or anything. Help!

    Hi there,

    If you add the More block to your posts, or else change the feed settings under Settings ->Reading to just show a summary in the post feed, the subscription emails will likewise only show the summary with a link to visit the full post.
