Need help: Dashboard not loading, can’t edit posts

I’m having a really weird issue where no details on my site will load. Any section I go to shows that there was an issue loading information for that section, and it also means I have no option to edit any pages or posts on my site. Currently, it looks like my site also thinks it has no posts, despite having several hundred.
I’m really worried about this because it seems to be attached to my account, not a particular device or network. I’ve tried on multiple networks and devices and same thing. I can’t even submit a direct support ticket from my account, even though I have a paid subscription and have for years, because “That method is not allowed”. What is going on?

Adding more info because I’m not sure if this helps or makes it more confusing.
It looks like it might actually be tied to a redirect set up on WordPress’ end; I noticed a few minutes ago that instead of my usual domain/wp-admin, it was flipping me around to wordpress.com/domain. The original appears to let me edit and save as usual, but if it redirects at any point, say if I try to open the support page or navigate through the bar rather than direct URL, my site’s back end reverts to the issue I described in the original ticket.

The redirect is expected – it’s how our custom interface URLs are managed; but it sounds like your browser(s) might be preventing cross-domain tracking between your site domain, and https://wordpress.com.
Would you be able to check that any cross-site tracking prevention is switched off in your browsers, and that exceptions for cookie tracking are added both for your domain and for WordPress.com? We have some information about that here:

Coming back to this late, but wanted to make a note. I’m still having issues with this redirect. I followed those instructions to a T and it changed nothing. I’m not having a problem with page previews at all – I literally don’t have the option to edit anything anywhere on my backend. Still can’t edit pages or posts, and still cannot contact support directly to get help with what’s going on.
