Need help deleting a site

  I’m needing help deleting a site that used to represent our church. The church is Pleasantview Family church and the domain in question is: https://pleasantviewfamilychurch.wordpress.com/
  This site is causing confusion to members and new attendees. It’s not been updated in quite a long time and the person who created it are no longer associated with the church. How can we delete the site?

  Hi there,

  If you wish to delete a free hosted WordPress.com site, you must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.

  We don’t have login details for when the site was created. Is there no way to contest the site domain?
