need help deleting site

  Cannot delete site.

  No idea but https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/ said how to delete my site. but that option doesnt show on my end. Please delete backontrack55.wordpress.com

  I put 30 minutes into this and got no where. Please help, I find programming in fortran easier than making this website work which is pretty bad.

  Did you visit this page https://wordpress.com/settings/general/backontrack55.wordpress.com? If so, do you not find the “Delete your site permanently” option in the Site tools section at the bottom of the page?
