Need help – Downloads links not working

  All of our download links have stopped working – an example is
  https://www.icanmed.com.au/download/15914/

  I also can’t access the page that I usually use to create or edit download links (it comes up with the message “Invalid post type.”) –
  https://www.icanmed.com.au/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=dlm_download

  https://www.icanmed.com.au uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
