need help finding links from blogs

    Don’t know how to word this question so I will put it as plain as I can. My rivals website recently shot to the top of the listings and I discovered 75% of his backlinks are wordpress. I have included one example below. Using this example is this somebody else’s blog? it seems the author can’t be contacted and neither can the post can be commented on. Or is this a paid theme that you buy and add your own links to? sorry if it’s a dumb question I just am new to blogging. thanks in advance.
