Need help finding out why images do not transfer to iPhone or iPad after upgrade to new version

I have made a backup, checked for plugin non compatibility and upgraded my website’s WordPress version, along with upgrading the php at my host isp Startlogic. But, on new posts the images come up on my home laptop but not my mobile devices. I got one error emailed to me May 23, day of upgrade, saying there was a problem with jetpack plugin so I deleted this plugin. This did not seem to change anything. I deleted old draft file, copied the same images and text into a new post, saved it published it, and the same thing happened. Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions to help me with this very complicated technical problem that’s way over my head to try and figure out by myself. It may be something I didn’t do right on the upgrade. I saved a backup from a week ago on the site like you recommended.

To explain further, to make the situation worse, going back to the old version is not going to help me I don’t think because the reason I upgraded was I was facing the same situation two weeks ago before the upgrade, images were transferring from and to my laptop across the network to wordpress edit dashboard and from wordpress edit dashboard to be published and accessible form laptop browser, but not being transferred to be seen from iPhone or iPad browser.

And, to go further, it isn’t the settings on the iPhone or iPad, because images from previous posts before about 3 weeks ago are still being displayed properly.
