Need help finding the right plugin.

  Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, this is my first post.

  I’m trying to build a website for my blog and I’m looking for a plugin/widget that will allow me to make a horizontal banner that displays thumbnails of my recent posts and that display the posts title when your courser is hovering over it.

  Example: It’s the horizontal bar of thumbnails at the top.

  Thanks in advance.

  Edit: Keywords would also be appreciated so I could do some of my own research. I don’t know what to call the thing I’m asking for.
