Need help for setting wordpress on AWS Autoscaling
-
HELLO ALL,
1. I CONFIGURED AN EC2 INSTANCE AND INSTALLED WORD-PRESS AND APACHE.I CREATED A RDS
DATABASE AND I WAS SUCCESSFULLY ABLE TO CONNECT IT WITH THE WORD-PRESS.THEN I SHUTDOWN THIS INSTANCE
2. THEN I CREATED A AMI OUT THE ABOVE INSTANCE.
3. I CREATED AUTO-SCALING GROUP WITH THE AMI I CREATED IN STEP 2.THEN I CONFIGURED AND AND LAUNCHED A ELB AND TARGETED IT TO AUTO-SCALING GROUP.
4. NOW WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS THE WORD-PRESS SITE IT DOES NOT LOAD PROPERLY.
5. I CHECKED IN THE WORD-PRESS DATABASE TABLES I SEE THERE THE SITE URL IS IP OF THE INSTANCE THROUGH WHICH THE WORD-PRESS WAS CONFIGURED IE IN STEP 1..WHAT ISSUE I AM FACING IS WHY WORD-PRESS IS SAVING A IP OF THE INSTANCE FROM WHICH FIRST TIME IT GOT CONFIGURED.THIS IS CREATING DEPENDS ON THAT INSTANCE.
DUE TO THIS THE SITE DOES NOT LOAD PROPERLY.
REQUESTING FOR HELP
IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OUT.REGARDS

Hi there!
I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com and so we won’t be able to help you with that.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
