  any one knows that is there any plugin for the design which is shown

  I am looking for the same kind of layout in my website…

  You can’t use plugins or external designs on a wordpress.com blog. Those are only for WordPress.ORG blogs.

  I am going to use the same kind of layout in my website instead of blog.
  I am going to make new website for my client in wordpress nd he is demanding the design like this so just need to know if any wordpress plugin can get me out from this for my wordpress site..
