Need help formatting a title?

  I’m attempting to make a couple headings for different categories, and the easiest way to do this seemed to be to put it in the post title. However, my title reads:

  ‘Breaking NewsFeatures Multimedia PoliticsRadio’

  When I really want it to read something like:
  ‘- Breaking News –
  – Features – Multimedia –
  – Politics – Radio-‘

  Or something to that avail. The website I’m working on is http://www.shannoncaturano.com . I’ve looked around and it seems that HTML doesn’t work in titles. If that’s true, why do the HTML links work just fine? If it’s not possible to directly format it in line with HTML, is there a CSS workaround?
