Need help from ground up designing blog

Purchased the Modern News template. Loved the way it looked on the WordPress page. Problem is the template bears only a slight resemblance to the puppy in the window. How do I make it look like what I was shown? Are there people here who can build a template for me?

I’m sorry but Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no access to premium themes and no knowledge of how they are designed to operate.
When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard
