  I would like to START Fresh with WordPress.com by clearing ALL my existing or previous website IF any or by clearing my Profile Settings.

  You can simply empty your site. Linked below is a guide from the WordPress.com support page on how to do it:

  If you have a lot of content to remove, let me know the full address of your WordPress.com website and then I’ll add the MODLOOK tag for Staff assistance.

  Staff will need you to confirm that once the content is removed, you will not be able to recover it.
