Need help FULLY deleting site

  We switched our site over to wix, but wordpress is still showing up as a ‘Not Found’ page. We need to speak with customer service ASAP to resolve this.

  DNS propagation is the time frame it takes for DNS changes to be updated across the Internet. A change to a DNS record—for example, changing the IP address defined for a specific hostname—can take up to 72 hours to propagate worldwide.

  @giltalmi – I’m not showing any domain purchases under your account, so I can’t advise on the existing status of your DNS changes.

  However, you can use this site to check the status of the DNS updates:

  https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/

  As @staartmees indicates, this is something that could take anywhere from a few hours to 72 hours to complete and it isn’t something we control.

  If you still have trouble after that time frame passes, can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Thanks.
