Need Help Gaining Access To WordPress

  My client’s cousin created a website for him but has deceased. My client does not have access to the existing hosting or WordPress site. Is there a way you can transfer the admin rights to myself? We have access to his domain only.

  @mstapley0901 we don’t have enough information to continue, but if you’ll send a link to the site we’ll check to see whether it’s on our servers.

  If it is, we’ll reach out privately for verification as outlined in the document @torres126 mentioned.

  If it isn’t, we may be able to point you to information for the host.
