Need help getting my full refund for premium upgrade

I purchased the $26 domain name 10 days ago, and registered my domain. I then purchased the $80 upgrade to a premium plan, which includes a free domain name that I DID NOT use and DID NOT register. When I realized I did not want the premium plan, I tried to refund it, but I was told I would only get $53 dollars-the cost of the premium plan minus the domain name. However I did not actually use the free domain name!! How do I get my full refund for the premium plan back–I don’t want this plan, and I did not even use the free domain name.
