Need help getting recognized

  I’ve been with Word Press since February, 2010. 61 posts and traffic is growing steadily. More than doubled than last year. But I would like to have the site become even more active. What aspects am I overlooking to get more traffic? What is needed? I’m only scraping the surface of what some of the webmaster tools/functions but not sure which ones are critical and which ones are not. Thank you for any feedback.
