Need Help Getting Refund from Automatic Payment

I need help with refunding the payment of $340 charged on 3/29. I haven’t use WordPress in a long time and have no idea I was on automatic payment plan. I do not think I received any email regarding the membership renewal before being charged. The support team can check my account activity to see that I have not use WordPress in a long time. I am hoping the support team can look into this and give me a refund based on the fact I have not used WordPress in a year and was unaware of the automatic payment plan.

You can cancel your plan via Manage Purchases. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details.
You are eligible for a refund if you cancel the plan under 30 days from the date of purchase.

Hi @proplan1994, I just wanted to note I don’t see any upgrades on this account. Can you log out and log in again with the account that owns the ugprades? I recommend doing that then reaching out to support directly at https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .
If you aren’t sure how to log into the correct account, please help us look it up: you can either share a link to the site here, or go look up the charge at wpchrg.com then contact billing from there.
