Need help getting started

  Hell, My name is Le’Chae and I am starting a fashion and entertainment blog. I already have a domain name with Go daddy. I need to figure out how much everything is going to be with the deluxe package , so I can have all of the incentives for the blog.

  My Problems?
  1. This is my first time starting a website and I have no clue where to begin.
  2. I want to have a coming soon page for my blog so that I can gather all of the content for my blog. I just don’t no where to get started with that.
  3. I want everything to be as smooth as possible for me.
  4. Do you guys offer web admin ?
  5. Eventually I want to get the blog on an app , would you guys be able to help me with that also.
