Need help getting to admin dashboard of old wp.com site

  my old wp.com site is:
  doh7.wordpress.com

  I’m having trouble getting access to the admin dashboard since. It’s been several years since I used the site. Any help is appreciated.

  Hi Justin! That looks like you had an account here with the username @doh7 as well. You created this account using a different email address than that one. Creating a different account means that this account won’t have access.

  You’ll need to log out and then use that username or the email you used for that account at the time. You can try resetting your password, if needed, using the lost password link on the login form. An email will be sent to the address on file. https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-password

  Thank you so much but I’m still having trouble. I verified my email used back then was (email visible only to moderators and staff) because comment mod emails were sent to that email.

  I reset my password but it still says I don’t have any sites.

  You’re still logged in under the other account, because you’re posting under a different username than the one for the site you want. If you have emails to that address, make sure you’re spelling that exactly the same way? Gmail lets you use dots that land in the same inbox there but are different to WordPress.com. Your email is redacted for security (don’t post it here), so I’m just guessing.

  Again, try the username as a login and to reset the password, not the email address. That always helps me!
