Need help in Cache and Cookies

    Hello Everyone, I have serious problem about a=whenever I try to start my pages and posts keep on reloading back to previous revisions upon refresh and purge cache cookies disorder.
    How to resolve the issue, thanks.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email redacted)/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
