  hello, i’m new to wordpress. i’ve seen a lot of wordpress tutorials, i’ve purchased wordpress premium account, do i need to have a hosting for my website?
  i want to customize my website and to install themes?

  Hi there,

  when you can see your blog on the web, it means that it is hosted already :)
  Installing themes is absolutely not allowed, but you can purchase premium themes instead.

  I purchased wordpress premium account, is it included there?
  if so an you tell me how or the links on how to do it?
  i’m reading different css tutorials here but i can’t really find what i’m looking for.
  i want to custmize my page using html and css.
