Need help in deleting old staging site

Hello! We have an old staging site that we just learned has been live this whole time because a form has been receiving spam entries. We’re no longer on the business plan, so is there a way to take this down? Any help would be appreciated!

Hey @workhap, sure thing. I’m guessing these don’t apply since you want the site fully taken down, but just to confirm:
- Plugins and third-party themes will be lost and can no longer be used
- The site will likely revert to using a theme you had prior to upgrading
- We’ll do our best to migrate any content over, but there is some potential for loss, as any custom content created by plugins and themes may not be carried over
- The site will be set to private when we downgrade it, so you have a chance to fix the theme and whatnot as needed.
- If needed, you can make a backup of the site first.
If all of that works for you, respond here and we can help you get downgraded properly so you can delete the site. And also please confirm the site address. Thanks!

Thanks @workhap! Address confirmed, thanks. So, honestly at this point it’s in a weird state where it should have automatically downgraded because it expired a while ago, and those same risks would have already been applied just from expiration. But we need to give the warning prior to downgrading with our tools.
If you want to log in yourself now, you could make a backup if you’d like. Or I can go ahead and get it done for you. Let us know!
