Need help in getting EPP code.

    I’m in the middle of transferring the domain to the new site. I can’t transfer it because it is locked. This is the message I received ‘Note: The EPP Authorization code must be obtained from the current registrar (Wild West Domains, Inc.) for the domain getyoursexybackplan.com. The EPP Authorization code is used to verify that you have access to the existing domain registration. The transfer cannot proceed without this code. Once you have obtained the code, please type it in the field above, and click ‘Continue’.

    Once you have entered the correct EPP Authorization code, an email will be sent to the Administrative contact listed on the WHOIS record for the domain getyoursexybackplan.com.’ and I called Wild West Domains and they said that I only have an account through WordPress, since I bought it through WordPress. I guess WordPress doesn’t do registration, so they registered it through Wild West, but I don’t actually have an account with Wild West Domains. Can you help me on how to get the EPP code? Thanks.

    Hi @juanjacks11, I don’t see any domains owned by your account. I do see a domain owned by another user, though. Are you able to log out, then log in again using that account, as we recommended a few days ago?
