Need help in moving subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org :)

  Hi :) I have recently moved my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I’m not sure how to move the followers/subscribers across to wordpress.org! If anyone can help that would be great. Thank you :)
