Actually changing your WordPress theme does not delete your content (posts, pages, media e.t.c). It may only affect the layout and appearance, so you can safely switch themes back and forth. You can try these. Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Themes. Look under “Installed Themes” — WordPress sometimes keeps your old themes there. See if any theme looks familiar or matches the one you’re trying to restore.
You can check for popular default themes. Jetpack-powered WordPress sites on free plans often use a default theme like: Twenty Twenty-One Twenty Twenty-Two etc These are part of the default WordPress theme collection. Try previewing each one under Appearance → Themes to find the one that looks like what you had.
You can also use dark mode preview. If you remember what it looked like in dark mode, temporarily enable dark mode on your device or browser and preview the themes one by one. This might trigger your memory or match the style you’re looking for. Once You Find the Theme, click Activate on the correct theme.
