Need Help in Pagination

Hi WP Teadm,
Iam unable to set the setting of pagination in my blog, though I disabled the infinity scroll and ‘Blog Pages show at almost’ as ‘1’, multiple posts are opening in the same page. Could you please help in this.Thanks in advance.!

and click older posts, it will open in same page.

IMHO that is the logic/normal behaviour.

Hi infosrig,
This is how the “Older Posts” button is supposed to work. It will open the older posts in the same page and adjust the URL accordingly.
I’m not sure what you’re trying to do but you can add pagination to a specific page or post using the <!–nextpage–> shortcode. Full instructions here:

You can also use the More Tag is you want to just display an excerpt on your homepage and have users click through to the full post:
