Need help in putting a slider in the header.
-
I’m asked a favor to edit a website http://www.blacknonbelievers.org. They would like to have me put a slider on the space where the banner is. Can this be done? The theme they’re using is Elegant Grunge. They recently enabled the css editor. Thanks so much! =D

No but they can select one of the 55 themes that are designed to have a featured post slider. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/post-slider/ Then they can apply for a refund for the upgrade.
Provided the blog’s owner is logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, they can request a refund from their dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
