  I tried to update credit card so I can renew but when I go to ‘renew’ etc. or try to do it on my account its says I do not have a site. So what can I do?

  That message is displaying because whatever you’re trying to renew isn’t connected to the account that you’re signed in to. This account has never made any purchases or renewals.

  Do you know which site you’re trying to renew? Please share the URL so we can help point you in the right direction.
